What's NOT Included

Let's be clear about what we don't do — so there are no surprises later.

Domain & Hosting

These are separate. A domain (.com.sg, .com, whatever) costs about $10-20/year. Hosting runs $10-30/month. We'll recommend solid providers and help you set up, but that's your cost.

Budget roughly: $200-400/year for domain + hosting combined.

Stock Photos & Illustrations

We don't include paid stock imagery. If you need professional photos, you'll either provide them or purchase licenses from Unsplash, Pexels, Shutterstock, etc. ($0-50+ per image).

Ongoing Maintenance

Support ends on day 14/30/90 depending on your package. After that, it's yours. Minor tweaks, content updates — you handle it or hire someone to maintain it. (Or we can quote you a separate support plan.)

Content You Don't Have

We'll write your copy. But if you're not ready with product info, pricing, about section — that delays the build. Come prepared.

How Payment Works

Simple process:

  1. We chat. You tell us what you need.
  2. 50% deposit. We build your demo.
  3. You review the working site (takes ~7 days).
  4. You love it → you pay the other 50%, we launch and support.
  5. You don't love it → you walk, we part ways. No drama.

No contract. No mystery. We make money when you're happy.

Pricing FAQ

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. If you start with Launch and want to add pages, features, integrations later — we can quote you add-ons. It's not a formal "upgrade path," but we can extend and improve what we've built.

Is there a monthly fee?

Nope. One payment, you own the site. After the support window expires, the site is yours to keep. If you want ongoing updates or maintenance, we can discuss that separately — but it's optional and quoted per project.

What if I need something not listed?

Tell us. Custom API integrations, email automation, membership portals — we can build it. It'll fall under Scale or require a custom quote. We're flexible.

Do you do maintenance?

Not included in the base packages. After the support window, the site is yours. If you want us to maintain it (updates, security patches, content changes), we can offer a monthly plan — usually $200-400/month depending on scope. Just ask.

What if the demo takes longer than a week?

Usually doesn't happen. But if we're swamped or the scope is massive, we'll tell you upfront. We don't hide timelines.

Can you do ecommerce?

Not as standard. Ecommerce (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom stores) is more complex and typically requires more than $1500. We can quote you separately if that's what you need.

Is the demo actually live?

Yes. Not a mockup, not a screenshot. A fully functional website you can click through, test on mobile, share with your team. That's why you can make a real decision.
